I guess your interpretations are on the basis of the vBulletin series alone. When a batsman is not in form, then he will be automatically slow.

Marvan Atapattu is one of the finest batsmen in the world.

i think thts stretching it a bit too far, i would consider him as a good batsman, one of the finest batsman in the world??, i beg to differ.....hes not someone u would remember maybe 20 yrs down the line!!!......people who come into tht category are the likes of tendulkar,lara,ponting,inzimam,bradman etc

Well, I certainly wud remember him 20yrs down the line (if I live that long) and I beleive most Sri Lankans would too. The man is a little better that just a 'good batsman' i wud say.

the slowest batsman in sri lanka has to be samarawera. i think thats how u spell it anyway that guy puts me to sleep every time i see him walk on to the grounds.
