Hmmm... how many votes will there be other than Sri Lanka? South Africa should win it with an awesome bowling attack and firepower in their batting. They just need to get over their choking habits

@ projectgz, I'm pretty sure it is done on placings. SL will probably be versing West Indies most likely, unless India SMASHES South Africa, which does not seem likely.
