It was very much unbiased.He mentioned about misconducts of each and every party directly & indirectly. 83 riots -UNP driven, 89 JVP idiots, Terrorism of LTTE, Corruption destroying cricket from 96 along with violence at board elections from 98, 99 -CBK's time and eventually the mega corruption involving boards appointed by the current government.

Now these morons would try to make use of this speech to attack each other like the one in this video. Absolutely pathetic!
