ICC should also enforce that the pace at which Test r played today r picked up. Its so slow. U see the normal over rate is abt 12 overs per hr.....so we get to see abt 24-25 overs in each session...resulting in extended last session which mostly gets truncted due to bad lights. When the complete day play is not done in allocated time plus on top of it....overs r lost....its us...Cricket fans who suffer. AS One said....fines r useless here. ICC needs to come with suspension for the captain & vice captain for the offending teams.

With bad lights...come to mind..ICC need to make the rule that any center in which Test is played is have flood light...then the game will continue & use flood light. Teams should not be allowed to make that agreement.
