Nazar Mohammad (1952) and Mudassar Nazar (1982) are the only
instance in the history of test cricket where a
father and son carried their bats through a completed
innings and achieved this feat against the same country

I need some pin for this ;D

whats the highest Test score without a bye? If you can please name the two countries involved.

On the 3rd day of the 4th test between england and west indies in 2004 when lara broke the record again... until the final ball of the morning session, was the highest total without a bye, but Jones was unable to gather a leg-side delivery that went to the boundary. It came on the 194th over, with the west indian score at 730/5. lol now ill need a pin for this one

what do you guys think is the most unfortunate/bizzare way of getting out?

That was an impressive answer. This is a great idea for a thread, but it's becoming a statistical quest. I prefer questions asking for opinion (especially since I couldn't find the answer to this last one!)

    ...and what's your question, Tipiya?

Ian you are unbeliavable. I didn't knew that WI score 730 without a bye..

I was thinking of the test between Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe (in 2004) where Sri Lanka score 713. The Zimbabwe wicketkeeper Taibu did not give any byes.

Great stuff mann pin for you....
