Thread: Who is the best bowler in the last 10 overs slot?

Hi Guyz...

In reality though most of the bowlers go very expensive in last 10 overs, there are some bowlers who could really bowl in the block hole and keep low run rate. Sri Lanka point of view I think Malinga is improving very well in his last spells. He bowls very fast and bowls deadly yorkers and he has been consistently taking wickets in the tail enders. Also I admire waqar and wasim of pakistan, waqars deadly yorkers and late swing won many matches in the last minutes. Anyway I would like see your point of view in this regard?

At the moment i would say it's D.Bravo for the Win. He has so much variation at the death, and his slower balls seem unplayable.

yea that guy talyor seemed clutch at teh end .. malinga seems to be giving alot of batsmen with his pace and bounce and length.. not foggeting the awkward acton confusing the batsmen.

he guys saqlain mustaq used to bowl the death overs and he was very good t it and not forget wasim and waqar they were the best bowler at any stage at the moment bravo is good and akhtar is very deadly

vass proved to be very costly during the last couple of games at the the end. for SL it's Malinga, but I also think Maharoof has the potential eventhough he's not given a chance yet. Brett Lee also bowls pretty good at the last 10 overs specially because of his pace. He bowls really good yokers and bouncers which suprises the batsman.

i think vaas is good but one thing goes against him is his pace i think on his pace you can hit him easliy but then he has got good line and he can bowl yorkers

in the past vaas used to be really good at the death but nowadays i gues he has lost it....

no other bowler cld match wasim akram tho. he was the ideal bowler for that situation..

I would say McGrath, a very smart bowler. Lee is fast but no brain. As for Malinga, he has not played much games yet like others. soon he will be on top... no doubt

who ever it is, it cannot be vaas....the only time i can remember he bowled an awesome last over was with the Aussies in Lanka i think.....they needed abt 7-10 runs and all 6 balls were yorkers and they couldn't play the ball at all...other than that he has been smashed all over during the final overs...even though he's still a champ...
