Humour is good, and can lighten the most serious topic without distracting from the value of the information.

[size=12pt]02.[/size] Do not afraid to ask questions in the suggest and ask questions section. Our mods and senior members are happy to answer your questions.

[size=12pt]03.[/size] You'll get a better response by being polite.

Hopefully we all want to share knowledge and experience here. Respect other users views. If you don't agree with something said, feel free to express your own view, but please do it constructively.
SLcricket Admin team reserve the right to edit or delete posts we feel may offend other users, infringe copyright, etc. If we do edit or delete anything we will leave a note to explain why.

[size=12pt]04. [/size] All messages and comments posted in the forums are from the individual concerned and do not necessarily represent the views or position of SLcricket.com or any other person or organisation including their team, club, governing body or employer.

People need to be able to post their views without fear of anyone trying to use those for the wrong reason. If you use the forums or post in them you accept that posts are personal opinions.

[size=12pt]06. [/size] Respect the moderators views. If you do not respect the moderators, you could take off 3 days after the first warning and a repeat would get yourself a IP ban for ever. If you do feel like the moderator is abusing user rights, please contact the Administrator of the forum which is me via PM.

[size=12pt]07. [/size] No boasting of terrorism. We also do not tolerate racism on this forum.

[size=12pt]08. [/size] Do not Advertise your site on SLcricket.com. Having done so would get you a lifetime IP ban. Advertising is considered as spaming.

I haven't given streaming links even to any one of my close friends.ÂÂÂÂ* What I do is, send them this site URL and ask them to get qualified for free links or donate money.ÂÂÂÂ* If they could spend their time else where, why can't they spend some time here, post some decent posts and get qualified?ÂÂÂÂ* that is what I tell them.
Most of them are not cricket crazy as I am, so they stay away...they don't have the heart for it, but if they get it FREE, they will watch it.ÂÂÂÂ*

It is for us individuals to not provide such people with free links to matches.ÂÂÂÂ* If you honestly VALUE what this site provides you with, you must be honest to the site's rules as well.

Because, I live in the U.S., if not for this site, I would have missed many live matches or highlights that SL played in the past.ÂÂÂÂ* I do not have money to pay like $19.95 for every match on Willow TV or even more than that on Dish Network or Direct TV.
So, SLCRICKET.COM turned out to be my only way to get access to our matches without a cost.

i suppose the rules are fair enough. i might have to do a bit posting to reach the 200 mark though. Ok i was guilty to share the link with one friend for the SL Aus game but he is a haardcore fan and now has 25 posts plus with good posts. Anyway its worth bacoming a VIP member paying 5 dollars instead of paying the riduclous amts to the other sites.

yes, i think that is the main cause. When something is given free they try to eat it out as you said. Its the blood we south asians have.

Just to let you know RDweliwita you could sponsor someone to the forum to watch the vBulletin series. You are one of few members who posts meaningful posts. I must thank you for that. Cricket craze is everywhere eh?

I understand ... othersites are quite expensive and unreliable. Thats why i started SLcricket.com to make them available for free. But some people do not allow that to happen. Its just sad.

yea... for now the post limit is 100 posts. I will increase the limit to 200 posts soon after vBulletin series.

hey coolW...i'm kinda new and i dont have 100 posts, and i will not bother putting "thank you" and "nice job", posts to just increase my post amount..whatever posts that i did so far were constructive and critical. anyways i admire wht u guys are doin and i just made a donation.. hope u add me to see the vBulletin series...and u will not change rules again...

I agree. These rules seem to be fair to me. I have seen it lately that some members spam to get to the 25 posts level. Good thing you increased the posts to watch the stream and please get rid of all the leechers...
